Every year, metallurgical enterprises generate a massive amount of toxic exhausted high-concentration etching solutions. Application the ferritization process to recycle solutions can help prevent environmental pollution. It enables cost-efficient use water at an industrial plant and allows obtain products from waste utilize it. The aim study was analyze qualitative quantitative composition formed sediment its grain size composition. Variable parameters were initial pH values solutions, concentrations total iron, duration aeration reaction mixture. Thermal activation alternating magnetic fields used activate ferritization. XRD showed that sediments contained phases γ-FeOOH, δ-FeOOH, Fe3O4, γ-Fe2O3. Granulometry analysis these highly dispersed heterogeneous. Chemically stable magnetite obtained in sediments, with concentration iron mixture 16.6 g/dm3, 11.5, 15 min. results demonstrated feasibility further possible such high content for production materials ferromagnetic sorption properties.

Semiconductor industry is experiencing a rising demand for environmentally friendly processes with the emphasis on green policies and worldwide environmental sustainability. Nitrogen trifluoride (NF3), most common plasma chamber cleaning agent gas, poses significant concern as potent greenhouse gas since it has global warming potential (GWP), 740 times 6 higher than that CO2 N2O. This study investigated exhaust using quadrupole mass spectroscopy (QMS) analyzed change in speed type of through monitoring optical (OES). The objective to lower use amount NF3 process partially contribute sustainability point semiconductor manufacturing. When small N2 was added whose ratio 7:23, efficiency reached 90 % compared alone. Addition positively affected electron density temperature increase F-radical remote system. In conclusion, 18 usage reduced during SiO2 deposition process.

In this study, the impacts of divalent ions (calcium and magnesium) on aqueous foam stability its rheological properties are investigated. A biodegradable surfactant alkyl polyglycoside, (APG) a commercial enzyme (GreenZyme, GZ) used their performance were compared with synthetic surfactants alpha-olefin sulfonate (AOS) cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). The findings study revealed that all foams decreased increasing concentrations ions, GZ recorded lowest in presence two precipitation occurred AOS solution. On other hand, generated by APG achieved highest CTAB showed second among foaming agents. Through analyses, exhibited shear thinning behaviour modelled using power law model which can incorporate effects temperature salinity.
