During various stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, countries implemented diverse vaccine management approaches, influenced by variations in infrastructure and socio-economic conditions. This article provides a comprehensive overview optimization models developed research community throughout era, aimed at enhancing distribution establishing standardized framework for future pandemic preparedness. These address critical issues such as site selection, inventory management, allocation strategies, logistics, route encountered during crisis. A unified is employed to describe models, emphasizing their integration with epidemiological facilitate holistic understanding. also summarizes evolving nature literature, relevant gaps, authors' perspectives model selection. Finally, scopes are detailed both context modeling solutions approaches.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, it became clear that pandemic waves and population responses were locked in a mutual feedback loop classic example of coupled behaviour-disease system. We demonstrate for first time universal differential equation (UDE) models are able to extract this interplay from data. develop UDE model test its ability make predictions second waves. find UDEs capable learning behavior-disease dynamics predicting variety populations, provided they supplied with biases describing simple assumptions about disease transmission response. Though not yet suitable deployment as policy-guiding tool, our results potential benefits, drawbacks, useful techniques when applying equations systems.

A complex supply chain can improve the economic benefits of an enterprise to a certain extent, whereas its vulnerability also occurs. How select resilient suppliers risk resistance has become hot issue in management. Furthermore, due complexity and instability market, supplier selection different periods customer demands is dynamic. We use best-worst approach model initial taking into account factors. Based on this result, our study applies fuzzy multi-criteria decision method establish multi-objective that aims solve problem dynamic considering criteria. apply improved wolf pack algorithm measure optimal order allocation strategy between profit pollution. The new energy vehicle manufacturing companies are used as case for verification. results show resilience factors feasible, dual-objective effective. Compared with original algorithm, Wolf better comprehensive performance.
