This study delves into the operational decision-making and sustainability dynamics within a two-tier green agricultural supply chain (GASC), comprising manufacturer retailer. By developing decision models for manufacturer, both with without outward altruism, we explore intricate interplay of government subsidies, consumer preferences, manufacturers' altruistic behavior influencing efficiency GASC based on Stackelberg Game. Our findings underscore relationship between these factors retail pricing products. Specifically, demonstrate that while manufacturer's altruism is significant, combined effects subsidies preferences exert substantial influence strategies. Moreover, reveal sustainability, actions collectively bolster economic, environmental, social dimensions GASC.

In light of global climate change and environmental challenges, reducing agricultural carbon emissions while maintaining food security has become a critical concern for sustainable development. This study examines 13 provinces in primary grain-producing regions, utilising data from 1999 to 2022 analyse the spatio-temporal heterogeneity driving factors coupled coordinated development emission efficiency security. The findings indicate that: 1) proportion inputs regions exceeds 80%, whereas contribution sinks rice, maise, wheat surpasses 95%. Both Yellow River Basin are significantly elevated; 2) general trend is increasing, spatially characterised by pattern high levels north south, low south north, respectively. integration two systems progressing positively, trailing form emerged as developmental trend, with degree limiting advancement both. 3) overall spatial disparity exhibits declining tendency, hypervariable density being contributor this difference. polarisation diminished. level Songhua basin progressively intensifies; 4) Rural human capital financial support agriculture, urbanisation rate soil erosion control, machinery power control main interaction factors. economic status rural will facilitate integrated harmonious systems, disaster impede Ultimately, policy solutions proposed optimise raise their utilisation efficiency, adopt diversified regional strategies, promote connection development, reinforce management drivers support.
