Membrane technology has shown a promising role in combating water scarcity, globally faced challenge. However, the disposal of end-of-life membrane modules is problematic as current practices include incineration and landfills their final fate. In addition, increase population lifestyle advancement have significantly enhanced waste generation, thus overwhelming exacerbating environmental repercussions resource scarcity. These are neither economically nor environmentally sustainable. Recycling membranes utilizing recycled material for manufacturing seen potential approach to address aforementioned challenges. Depending on physiochemical conditions, could be reutilized similar, upgraded, downgraded operations, extending lifespan while mitigating impact that occurred due new preparation similar purposes. Likewise, using such polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl chloride, tire rubber, keratin, cellulose derivates fabricating can enhance sustainability. This study advocates supports integration sustainability concepts into by presenting research carried out this area rigorously assessing achieved progress. The membranes’ recycling fabrication materials special interest work. Furthermore, offers guidance future endeavors aimed at promoting

Waste production is growing in most communities due to population expansion. Given the stated issue, managing Solid (SW) created worldwide would be vital. Effective Management (WM) essential preserving environment and lowering pollution. It aids resource preservation, greenhouse gas emission reduction, ecosystem protection. Additionally, promotion of public health sanitation significantly aided by WM procedures. This study presents an integrated procedure enhance operations a network for recycling SW. We propose mathematical model find optimal sustainable vehicle routes, allocation, Sequence Scheduling (SS) problem industry reduce costs CO2 emissions increase job opportunities. The fundamental innovation this work considering waste-vehicle waste-technology compatibility Internet Things (IoT) systems decrease identify compatible waste centers produce more final products. An LP-metric Epsilon Constraint (EC) approach are used solve suggested model. By comparing two approaches, we have found EC performs better results CPU time. As result, various test problems different sizes offered. Accordingly, sensitivity analyses recommended assess model's effectiveness. Using vehicles with reduces emissions. Utilizing IoT technology optimization methods makes it feasible save (20%), less destructive impact on (36%), ultimately sustainability process.

With the growth of worldwide population and depletion natural resources, sustainable development food systems cannot be ignored. The demand for agri-food waste valorization practices like high-value compounds production has received widespread attention; however, numerous challenges still exist. present study aims to identify those propose effective solutions based on smart technologies. Based a systematic review literature, combs existing constructs six-dimension conceptual model challenges. Moreover, integrates Fermatean fuzzy set (FFS) with multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods including stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis (SWARA), trial evaluation laboratory-interpretative structural modeling method (DEMATEL-ISM), quality function deployment (QFD) evaluate weights each dimension, find causal interrelationships among fundamental ones, rank potential solutions. Finally, results indicate that “Government” dimension is severest challenge point out five primary in valorization. most solution “Facilitating connectivity information sharing between supply chain members (S8)”, which may help government related practitioners manage efficiently also facilitate circular economy.

Abstract Mullite castables, employed as the lining materials in high‐salinity organic waste liquids incinerators, are subjected to severe alkali attack. The corrosion resistance of four types mullite castables based on Mullite60 (M60), Mullite45 (M45), Fire clay (FC), and Glass‐rich (GRM) materials, named CM60, CM45, CFC, CGRM respectively, was investigated using a static crucible testing method with Na 2 CO 3 SO 4 under 1100°C this study. results showed that demonstrated exceptional . Among these kinds GRM stood out it not only contained 54 wt.% but also unique glass phase filled voids interwoven crystals. within aggregates provided protective barrier against for crystals by maintaining an adequate liquid phase. This micropores, resulting extremely dense layer. high content viscosity formed matrix during attack further impeded penetration, thereby exhibited good alkaline slag corrosion. However, M60, M45, FC vulnerably corroded due lack enough then led formation products including nepheline, lazurite, 1.65 Al Si 0.35 O , which induced internal stress finally resulted surface cracking crucibles. Moreover, presence cristobalite CM45 CFC promoted cracks propagation transformation. large pores exacerbated CFC. Therefore, containing glass‐rich have great application prospects enhancing slags.
