Abstract To address the problems of low efficacy and microbial activity in low-temperature municipal wastewater treatment, this study utilized an air-lift micro-pressure internal circulation integrated reactor (AMICIR). Through controlling amount aeration dissolved oxygen (DO) reactor, AMICIR creates alternating aerobic anaerobic environments, explores enrichment conditions denitrifying bacteria, examines changes pollutant removal efficiency characteristics bacterial colony structure during process bacteria system, reveals mechanism nitrogen by cooperating with treatment system. Experimental results showed average rates NH 4 + -N, chemical demand (COD), total phosphorus (TP), (TN) reaching 93.85%, 89.30%, 92.75%, 75.4%, respectively. The microorganisms secreted large amounts proteins polysaccharides, forming zoogloea microenvironments conducive to traditional denitrification reactions. IlluminaMiSeq sequencing analysis revealed presence phyla. system was enriched a number microorganisms, ( Flavobacterium , Rhodoferax Pseudomonas ) were successfully cultured. emerged as dominant species, relative abundance ranging from 18.56% 22.60%.
