This article presents the optimal method of melting 35XGCL (analog is JIS G 5111) low alloy steel in DSP-2.0 2000 kg electric arc furnace. All main stages an furnace are considered. In addition, analytical data on study slag mode during fluidization presented. The results evaluation oxygen activity metal depending chemical composition oxidation and reduction cycles Graphs total amount iron, silicon, manganese oxides Moreover, effect constant additional deoxidizing aluminum content impact strength improved when range 0.05-0.07%.
