This study aimed to utilize data from the China family panel studies (CFPS) systematically analyze physical and mental health characteristics needs of older adult individuals with disabilities under context smart healthcare, aiming provide scientific evidence for relevant policy formulation. Data were derived CFPS surveys conducted by Peking University's Social Sciences between 2021 2022. Older aged 65 above requiring assistance in activities daily living (ADL) or instrumental (IADL) included. Descriptive statistics, univariate analysis, multivariate analysis employed basic characteristics, status, influencing factors, corresponding disabilities. Samples 80, widowed divorced, demonstrated higher scores (p < 0.05); samples education at college level above, residing urban areas, free chronic diseases, annual income exceeding 100,000 RMB, receiving support, frequently accessing community services, regularly using medical devices exhibited greatly levels health, overall on short form survey (SF-36) 0.05). Factors such as younger age, absence economic frequent access regular use exerted favorable effects status residence, services found positively influence The is influenced various including social conditions, utilization resources. These factors constitute significant determinants improving represent key their betterment.

The efficient management of the green power grid supply chain is great significance in addressing global energy transformation and achieving sustainable development goals. However, traditional methods struggle to effectively cope with complexity dynamics demand forecasting multi-objective optimization problems material allocation. In response this challenge, paper proposes a machine-learning-based allocation method, aiming improve efficiency reduce environmental impacts. First, based on whole-process data materials, multi-model fusion strategy adopted for forecasting. By combining machine learning models such as long short-term memory (LSTM), extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost), random forest, prediction accuracy generalization ability model are significantly improved. Moreover, “distributed collaborative algorithm” proposed. decomposing regions, optimizes transportation routes inventory management, comprehensively reduces transportation, inventory, protection costs while taking into account real-time requirements complex environment. Finally, an empirical analysis carried out combination optimized plan, verifying practical effectiveness proposed method. results indicate that scheme outperforms method terms total cost, efficiency, carbon emissions. Specifically, achieves 13% reduction costs, 10% decrease 25% cut expenses. Additionally, it decreases transportation-related emissions by approximately 250 tons. has obvious economic advantages chain. integrating various algorithms, enhances stability substantially reducing operating This line goals development. provides framework value managing industry.

Global climate change poses a significant threat to public health in general and the of children, particular. In response this threat, many countries have implemented series policies mitigate change, among which China's low-carbon city pilot program has attracted widespread attention. This study used longitudinal data drawn from China Family Panel Studies between 2012 2018 evaluate impact on children. A difference-in-differences model was employed investigate effects policy, with further exploration potential mechanisms. The results demonstrated that substantially improved children by fostering environmental quality promoting slow mobility (i.e., travel foot or bicycle). also showed proportional their proximity school. Our findings are not only for expansion but generally low- middle-income efforts combat air pollution understand scale its
