Abstract Climate change is becoming an increasingly pressing global issue, and understanding how climate policy uncertainty affects trade openness foreign direct investment crucial. This study provides contemporary insights into this complex relationship, particularly in the context of United States, which a major player investment. The employed monthly dataset spanning from January 1990M01 to December 2020M12. Co‐integration exists between all variables specified by employing Residual Augmented Least Squares (RALS‐EG), uncertainty, fossil fuel consumption adverse influence upon investment, economic growth, renewable energy positive impact via use fully modified ordinary least square (FMOLS), Dynamic Ordinary (DOLS). Fourier Toda‐Yamamoto causality reveals that energy, exhibit bidirectional causality, while fuels unidirectional causality. Based on findings, policymakers should prioritize reducing create more stable environment for (FDI). Clear consistent policies can mitigate negative FDI.

His research investigates the interplay among investment in Information and Communication Technology [ICT], digital financial inclusion, environmental tax policies, their impact on progression of sustainable energy development within Middle East North Africa [MENA] region. Recognizing distinctive hurdles impeding advancement, effective policy formulation implementation MENA necessitate a comprehensive understanding these variables. Employing Dynamic Common Correlated Effects [DCE] model alongside an instrumental variable-adjusted DCE approach, this study explores relationship between ICT investment, tax, development. The facilitates analysis dynamic effects potential correlations, while addresses issues pertaining to endogeneity. results indicate that both promotion inclusion significantly positively Additionally, underscores importance fostering highlighting critical role interventions. Based findings, governmental prioritization initiatives for service integration is recommended bolster growth MENA. Furthermore, adoption efficient measures essential incentivize practices mitigate degradation. Data are among the most valuable resources. This paper, utilizing China Tax Survey Database from 2009 to 2016, investigates impact of Open Government (hereafter, OGD) on efficiency resource allocation firms within Chinese context. The findings indicate that OGD significantly reduces deviation in firms' factor inputs, thereby enhancing allocation. is primarily achieved through optimization government-business relationships, reduction rent-seeking costs, and decrease information asymmetry. Given inclusive nature OGD, it has a more pronounced positive disadvantaged cities. Furthermore, while directly improves representative firm's TFP, its greater economic lies elevating aggregate TFP by efficiency. In current global economy, highly dependent data-driven processes, conclusions this paper provide novel perspective role productivity. significant implications for accelerating implementation open data policies
