Purpose The increasing global emphasis on environmental sustainability necessitates a better understanding of the antecedents green creativity (GC) and business (BSE). However, research this topic is limited, these have not been examined holistically. Considering gap, in study, we interconnected roles dynamic capabilities (GDC), technology adoption (GTA), strategies (GBS) knowledge management (GKM) influencing GC BSE. Design/methodology/approach We collected data through surveys applied to 874 companies operating manufacturing service sectors Turkey analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Findings study shows that GDC positively influence GBS, GKM. Additionally, GTA affects BSE GBS only impacts GC, while GKM influences Our mediation analysis results indicate mediates relationships between GDC–GTA GC. Furthermore, relationship Similarly, GC–BSE. Finally, it was determined Research limitations/implications focus Türkiye limits generalizability findings.
