The marine ecological civilization construction (MECC) plays an indispensable role in the development of China. With growth economy, threats to environment have been increasing. From standpoint land-sea coordination, this study evaluates MECC China's coastal province and employs social network analysis explore spatial correlation structure radiation capacity. results show that: (1) provinces has exhibited a general upward trend with occasional fluctuations. However, subsystems exhibit disparate developmental trends, pressure subsystem exhibiting slight decline. (2) While all increased, exhibits considerable variation, each facing different challenges. (3) correlations among become increasingly pronounced, particularly regions surrounding Hangzhou Bay Bohai Bay, while long-distance trans-regional are relatively weaker. (4) There notable improvements capacity provinces, most prominently Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, which currently rank highest country. Conversely, Liaoning, Hebei, Fujian, Hainan remains underdeveloped. indicate that developed, it still encounters obstacles pertaining regional disparities, challenges, development. concludes series recommendations aimed at fostering sustainable regions.

It proposed to form a rating among operating parks, within framework comprehensive assessment park management companies’ performance carried out according four groups indicators (sub-indexes) such as subjects investment attractiveness, information openness, internal ecosystem, company efficiency. Based results, leaders have identified, their behavioral adopted reference metrics be developed. leaders’ position, it choose field terms interaction with residents. Recommendations presented infrastructural most promising private companies, while projects should developed considering federal requirements standards ensure successful implementation achievement set goals. Technology play key role Russian economy development. They contribute development innovations, new technologies, high-tech industries, knowledge-intensive business. is important that optimally organized due regard modern regulatory measures.

In-depth research on the spatial and temporal evolution of ecosystem service trade-offs synergistic relationships, scientific identification bundles, main factors affecting differentiation bundle provisioning are crucial to enhancing overall benefits regional services human well-being. Based assessment Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area functional system, we combined correlation analysis method, hierarchical clustering principal component analyze trade-offs/synergistic relationships 11 indicators contained in four major categories explored study differentiation. The results this showed following: (1) Between 2000 2018, Regulating Supporting a decreasing trend while cultural an increasing trend. Human interference affected provision; provision individual was more random, but geospatial distribution certain degree regularity. (2) intrinsic connection is continuously strengthened, other except industrial products easily produce with regulating supporting services, products, leisure recreation, education, likely trade-off relationship between them. correspondence among trade-offs, cold/hot spots not uniform due scales. (3) method combining socio-economic statistics InVEST model can identify similar classifications, there differences performance some roles at different scales areas. (4) For complex urban-natural classified bundles have broad similarities. development high-density city clusters depends coordinated population, resources, environment, society, economy each region.
