Abstract With the rapid urbanization and development of metropolises, urban road tunnels have been constructed at an increasing rate, significantly alleviating traffic pressure, improving resilience. Asphalt pavements, as essential component tunnels, may release harmful effluences smoke under high temperatures, exacerbating fire adding risk life safety. It is hence critical investigate fire-retarding asphalt materials their potential use in pavements. By investigating these aspects, this aims better understand flammability mixtures promote research flame-retardant technology, ultimately reduce damage loss caused by accidents.
