Diesel pallet trucks, a type of heavy-duty diesel trucks (HDDTs), have historically been vital component in logistics and transport due to their high payload capacity. However, they also present significant challenges, particularly terms emissions which contribute substantially urban air pollution. Traditional HDDTs emission measurement methods, such as engine bench tests those used laboratory settings, often fail capture real-world behaviors accurately. This study specifically examines the characteristics exceeding 30 t under varying loads (unloaded, half loaded, fully loaded) different road conditions (urban, suburban, high-speed). Considering that data quality is key accuracy scheme, this research utilized portable system (PEMS) real-time carbon dioxide (CO2), monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOX), total hydrocarbons (THC). Key findings demonstrate direct correlation between vehicle load factors, with factors for CO2, CO, NOX increasing by 39.5%, 105.4%, 22.7%, respectively, from unloaded loaded states comprehensive operating conditions. Regression analyses further provide an factor prediction model HDDPTs, underscoring continuous relationship speed, load, rates. These scientific basis pollution control strategies trucks.

High CO2 emissions can cause severe greenhouse effects, significantly impacting sustainable development. Hence, it is urgent to address issues concerning control and efficient utilization. methanation stands out as a promising technology. In this study, the adsorption mechanisms of on Ni Cu doped metakaolin surface are investigated by density functional theory (DFT). The results indicate that presence changes chemical environment enhances reactivity. H2 preferentially react with O atoms in vicinity atoms. A complete network established, which two COH-Paths have lowest energy barriers key reaction steps second dehydration (COH* + H* → CH* H2O). This theoretical study clarifies effects active components catalysts at electronic level, identifies special role reaction, further complements detailed mechanism methanation.
