The
theorization
of
social
sustainability
practices
(SSPs)
has
remained
underdeveloped
compared
to
its
environmental
and
economic
counterparts,
studies
on
firm-specific
factors
that
enable
SSPs
are
even
more
scanty.
This
study
provides
a
theoretical
explanation
hotels.
In

doing,
