With the evolution of Internet, artificial intelligence, and other technologies, era digital economy has quietly emerged. The economy’s growth is a major trend, China dedicated to building data power strengthening foreign trade competitiveness (FTC). As an essential strategic region, Hunan Province should grasp opportunities constantly develop increase its competitiveness. This research will explore effect Digital (DIG) on FTC Province. study collected from region 2013 2022 Stata 17 software was applied obtain outcomes. findings indicate that DIG can significantly enhance development in result remains consistent even after conducting robustness tests, showing reliability. Furthermore, positive impact more pronounced urban agglomerations cities larger areas. paper’s main innovation lies focus which holds significant regional importance plays key role enhancing China’s FTC.
