Pyrolysis technology is a green and efficient method for recycling enameled wires. However, since waste wires are typically recovered from electronic waste, they often contain small amounts of cables. Therefore, during the pyrolysis process wires, it inevitable paint film cable sheath to undergo co-pyrolysis. Polyesterimide (EPEsI) polyvinyl chloride (PVC) were chosen as represent materials, respectively. Using thermogravimetric analysis with various kinetic methods, characteristics kinetics EPEsI Mixture (mixture PVC) studied. Through synergy pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry analysis, influence PVC on was elucidated aspects such product distribution. Based density functional theory calculations wave function role endogenous metal Cu in processes PEsI PVC, well mechanism HCl PEsI, clarified.
