Abstract With the growth of industrial aluminum smelting sector, and increasing proportion incineration treatment in field waste management disposal, there has been a corresponding increase production secondary dross (SAD) municipal solid fly ash (MSWIFA) annually. In this research, ceramsite is prepared using SAD, MSWIFA, bottom (MSWIBA) as raw materials. This study explores impact various factors on mechanical properties their mechanisms under different conditions, including sintering temperature, material ball particle size, silica-alumina ratio, time. Single-factor experiments demonstrate that compressive strength initially follows non-linear ascending trend with temperatures. Additionally, enhanced reductions size balls, prolongation time, reduction silica-to-alumina ratio Orthogonal reveal ideal preparation conditions for follows: preheating temperature 400 °C, duration 20 min, 1270 30 min. Under these optimal composition Si:Al = 3, 0.5 cm. Analysis through X-ray diffraction scanning electron microscopy revealed formation new mineral phases such sodium feldspar potassium ceramsite, which display dense structure microscopic observation. These contribute positively to ceramsite. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy analysis indicates at 1260 °C or when 2 cm, [SiO 4 ] tetrahedral bands shift higher wavenumbers, enhancing degree polymerization glass network thereby strengthening its strength. As materials decreases extends, continue further
