Introduction The application of selenium could directly or indirectly modulate the activity antioxidant enzymes in crops, thereby mitigating detrimental effects abiotic and biotic stresses on crop health. However, there are few studies nano-selenium fertilizer potato scab caused by Streptomyces spp., yield tuber quality. Methods We aimed to elucidate impact disease resistance, yield, quality, enzyme rhizosphere soil bacterial communities, determine optimal frequency growth stages spraying. Results discussion twice during seedling stage significantly reduced index scab, enhanced quality (dry matter, Vitamin C, crude protein, content), (glutathione peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase, superoxide dismutase, phenylalanine ammonia lyase). diversity community potatoes subjected spraying at increased significantly, concurrently, symbiotic network microbiome grew more complex. Beneficial microorganisms such as bacteria genus Bacillus were enriched soil. current study provided theoretical support for exploration a selenium-enriched technology system supplies scientific guidance utilization nano-selenium.
