With advancements in the field of electrical engineering, various low-power portable electronic devices have been commercialized. To eliminate and unify different types cables, inductive wireless power transfer (WPT) technology, which uses magnetic fields to energy, is being applied numerous applications. Low-power typically small coils loads, leading low efficiency even over short distances. Magnetic materials such as ferrites are used improve (PTE). It well known that high-permeability with reluctance ideal for achieving strong coupling. However, continuous increases permeability raise cost weight ferrite, making it necessary select appropriate from a mass-production perspective. This paper models analyzes changes mutual inductance varying ferrite permeabilities using circuits, providing guidelines selection suitable considering improvements. The proposed method validated through 3D electromagnetic simulations experiments, showing difference up 0.6% between experimental calculated results.
