With the rapid development of prefabricated building industry, green supply chain buildings has become a key driver sustainable and efficiency improvement in industry. However, issue benefit distribution arising from cooperation main challenge affecting long-term stability chain. To address this, this study proposes an improved TFN-TOPSIS-Banzhaf value model, which optimizes using cooperative game theory. This approach enhances both fairness accuracy distribution. The model integrates combination subjective objective weighting methods based on triangular fuzzy numbers M-TOPSIS method for multi-factor evaluation, resulting corrected weight coefficients. By combining coefficients least squares contributions, Banzhaf players’ weighted contributions is constructed. effectiveness robustness are verified through case analysis, significantly model’s ability to handle synergies achieves more fair precise research provides effective tool promoting continuous practices cooperation.

As a major contributor to global energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, the building sector is crucial in shaping climate change policies. Understanding essential for developing effective policies, comprehensive datasets analyses are increasingly important. This paper outlines structured methodology sustainability assessment index efficiency retrofits throughout building’s life cycle, covering design, construction, use, out-of-use phases. It highlights interdependencies among these phases, with design plan influencing material selection, construction ensuring goals met, plans management, demolition, resource recovery focusing on sustainable practices. The keys energy-efficient materials, equipment, green technologies, which help reduce consumption, operating costs. Oversight regulation necessary maintain standards. research combines literature review, surveys, interviews, Delphi method, an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) develop evaluation system, categorizing 20 factors across cycle assigning weights based environmental, economic, social dimensions. system provides scientific basis assessing of programs, validated through consistency testing.

Abstract Developing countries are often burdened by substantial construction waste (CW) generated through urbanization and urban renewal activities, highlighting the urgent need for effective CW minimization strategies to facilitate their transition towards a circular economy. Although previous studies have examined similar topics at various stages of projects from different perspectives, comprehensive study integrating all critical contractor’s perspective is still lacking. To fill this gap, aims identify in developing countries, with holistic concentration on planning, design, stages, using China as case study. æThe research began compiling list tailored based an extensive desktop survey focus group interview, resulting 32 strategies. A subsequent questionnaire leading management experts rigorous statistical analyses identified 9 minimizing countries. Finally, exploratory factor analysis, seven fundamental principles been established: “Planning Minimization” planning stage; “Optimized Design Building Structures,” “Optimization Process,” “Stakeholders’ Efforts Stage” design Construction Techniques,” Stage,” “Efforts Disposal” stage. This offers valuable insights stakeholders empowering them effectively minimize targeted strategies, facilitating economy supporting realization "zero-waste city" goal.
