Promoting the role of green finance (GF) in agricultural transformation is essential for easing resource constraints and achieving sustainable development. Based on provincial-level data from 2006 to 2022, this study considers China GF reform innovation pilot zone as a quasi-natural experiment. It empirically examines impact mechanism total factor productivity (AGTFP). The following results are obtained: (1) exerts significant enhancement effect AGTFP. (2) can improve AGTFP by increasing degree land transfer (LT). (3) heterogeneous, has high-environmental-regulation provinces, eastern region, nonmajor grain-producing regions. From these findings, suggests accelerating development level GF, improving LT policies, continuously stimulating rural entrepreneurial vitality, further leveraging promoting through coordinating regional economic

Under the "dual carbon" goal, it is necessary for China's logistics industry to accelerate its green and low-carbon transformation. At same time, increasingly mature development of finance continuous improvement technological innovation are expected provide impetus development. This study based on 450 sample data from 30 provinces in China 2005 2019, exploring how affect industry, as well mechanisms heterogeneity characteristics moderating variables industrial structure environmental regulation above process. We find that: Firstly, can promote industry. Secondly, play a regulatory threshold role procedure promoting Thirdly, effects all exhibit significant characteristics. Thus, innovation, coupled with more reasonable policies appropriate regulation, should be taken into full consideration effectively achieve Furthermore, considering that has become complex due factors such different regional economic levels, this paper proposes targeted differentiated approach i.e., "phased, regional, gradual development" strategy. important theoretical significance practical value China, which stage rapid unbalanced development, goals.

Digitalization optimizes production processes by promoting information sharing and collaborative operations, thereby enhancing resource allocation efficiency significantly improving efficiency. Based on a review of the literature enterprise digital transformation regional GTFP, this study employed panel data model to analyze impact digitalization GTFP from microeconomic perspective. After conducting robustness endogeneity tests, we further examined mechanisms through which influences explored heterogeneity these effects. Using China’s provinces 2007 2022, arrived at following conclusions: (1) Despite tendency for enterprises make contingent decisions in process, fundamentally has significant positive as confirmed tests. (2) The operates moderating effect, where green patents, environmental regulations, an advanced industrial structure positively reinforce effect. (3) effect exhibits heterogeneity, with most pronounced being western China followed eastern region, while central region is not statistically significant.

Abstract The ‘low-carbon city’ pilot policy is a crucial measure for China to advance green and low-carbon development. rapid growth of the artificial intelligence industry may lead significant energy consumption carbon emissions, prompting discussions about potential conflict between city construction sector. This study utilizes China’s as natural experiment, employs staggered double difference model (Staggered DID), empirically tests impact on development urban industry, thoroughly explores its mechanisms heterogeneity characteristics. findings reveal that has not hindered industry. Compared non-pilot cities, policy's implementation resulted in an average increase approximately 29.4% size cities. By examining characteristics across different segments chain, this identifies varied effect promoting regional by altering structure, primarily driving clustering downstream low-emission chain. Additionally, enhancing level innovation mainly supports high-emission upstream Heterogeneity analysis further indicates positive effects significantly differ various regions, tiers, economic zones, cities with differing levels industrialization. only confirms compatibility but also offers vital insights balancing emission targets.

ABSTRACT To explore the role of institutional opening‐up in promoting green technology innovation enterprises, this study uses data from A‐share listed companies China 2011 to 2023. Employing a multi‐period DID model, we systematically investigate impact establishment Pilot Free Trade Zones (FTZ) on corporate innovation. The results show that FTZ significantly improves level patent applications by particularly exerting more prominent positive incentive effect invention patents, which represent higher technological content and R&D quality. Dynamic analysis reveals cumulative nature policy over time, with increasing time. Moderation shows administrative approval efficiency public environmental demands play significant moderating between former enhances enterprises' enthusiasm confidence shortening authorization process strengthening protection innovative achievements, while latter “forces” enterprises increase their willingness invest through social supervision opinion pressure, forming synergistic opening‐up. Heterogeneity differences responsiveness among different entities: non‐digital economy stronger response than digital peripheral cities central cities, non‐old industrial base old cities. Furthermore, FTZs not only promote independent but also enhance output patents under collaborative models, indicating provides diversified pathways for enterprises. This new empirical evidence understanding intrinsic link has important reference value optimization environment, improvement efficiency, design policies participation multiple stakeholders.
