rapid

industry

facing

challenges,

Chinese
cities
from
2006
to
2020,
this
study
constructs
the
carbon
emission
performance
index
perspective
dual
differences
in
four
stages
growth,
maturity,
decline
and
regeneration
eastern,
central,
western
resource-based
(RBCs).

Gini
coefficient
kernel
density
estimation
explore

understanding
differences,

evolutionary

indicate
that

sample
period,
RBCs

a
fluctuating
upward
with
regional

imbalance
