Abstract In photothermal therapy (PTT), the conversion of second near-infrared (NIR-II) window allows deeper penetration and higher laser irradiance, is considered a promising therapeutic strategy for deep tissues. Since lung cancer remains leading cause cancer-related deaths worldwide, despite numerous treatment options, we aimed to develop an improved bionic nanotheranostic combined imaging cancer. We gold nanobipyramid (Au NBP) as agent MnO 2 magnetic-resonance enhancer produce core/shell structures (Au@MnO ; AM) modified their surfaces with homologous cancer-cell plasma membranes (PM) enable tumor targeting. The performance resulting Au@MnO @PM (AMP) was evaluated in vitro vivo. AMP exhibits properties under NIR-II irradiation has multimodal in-vitro functions. enables computed tomography (CT), (PTI), magnetic resonance (MRI) tumors. particular, exhibited remarkable PTT effect on cells inhibited cell growth 1064 nm vivo, no significant systemic toxicity. This study achieved guided by imaging, thereby demonstrating novel use nanoparticles irradiation.
