The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect different times return activity on tendon healing after Double Kessler method suture in rats with Achilles rupture. left 80 10-week-old repaired. were randomly divided into 4 groups: non-fixed group, fixed one week two weeks group and three group. In fourth week, all trained a treadmill for hour day at speed 10 m/min. Complications recorded during period passive ankle motion measured euthanized. adhesion tendons evaluated by anatomy, biomechanics, histology immunohistochemistry. earlier surgery, higher quality less will occur. There no difference complication rate among four groups (P< 0.05). case re-rupture range motion, biomechanical properties, histological evaluation immunohistochemical results better than those other groups, while worse count fibroblasts, results, showed statistic significant between (P> Early strong sutures is advantageous injuries. With advanced time, strength increased degree decreased surgery.
