Extrinsic skin aging is caused by chronic photodamage. The present study aims to inspect the role of nanoencapsulation melatonin (MEL) in hyalurosomes combating UVB-induced damage take advantage hydrating penetration enhancing and antiaging effects hyaluronic acid along with powerful antioxidant MEL. Measurement particle size, zeta potential, encapsulation efficiency vitro MEL release were carried out. vivo photoprotective tested rats. A histopathological examination was conducted, anti-inflammatory markers measured estimating expression P38 MAPK, P-ERK P-JNK. Particle size potential 285.9 nm -26.3 mV 95% entrapment provided a sustained profile for 48h. In vivo, results revealed superior effect protecting against reducing levels inflammatory mediators like TNF-α IL6 compared suspension. However, they had prominent increasing antioxidants. These findings may be accredited deposition besides as tool.
