Purpose of the Study: To analyze effectiveness using sodium deoxyribonucleate (SDN) for pelvic adhesions in rats experiment. Materials and Methods: The experiment was carried out on 90 laboratory rats. Three groups 30 animals each were formed: group 1 – control; 2 with a simulated adhesive process pelvis without subsequent treatment; 3 model receiving intramuscular SDN 10 days. modeled by ligating uterine horns both sides. expression CD4, CD8, CD20, CD138 studied DP-SOFT software program statistical processing. Results: In control group, small number cells CD4+, CD8+ markers found parietal peritoneum (PP). perimetrium (PM), no positively stained immunophenotype found. 2, showed an increase PP expressing CD4+ CD138+, appearance CD56+ cells. An CD138+ rats’ PM. 3, compared to control, count cells, significantly increased. PM operated animals, we rats, noted, which indicates activation humoral immune system. increased control. characterized similar distribution Conclusion: After surgery, causes change ratio leukocyte subpopulations affected area towards their rather than perimetrium. use has immunomodulatory effect stimulates responses increasing immunocompetent surgical site.

Abdominal adhesions are still among the most common postsurgical peritoneal inflammation-related complications. Adhesion-related disorders highly costly and prevalent due to advances in surgical techniques, treatment methods, various drugs. The present study aimed investigate effects of Poly ( D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA)- polyethylene glycol (PEG6000) Nanofiber + Melatonin on abdominal adhesion model rats. For this purpose, PLGA-PEG6000 matrix was fabricated implanted an experimental Our consisted vitro vivo part. degradation release profile (Mel) embedded performed vitro. In vivo, procedure carried out with 18 Wistar male Rats were divided into three groups as follows: Sham, Matrix, Mel respectively. Consequent profiling vitro, created pure (2 × 2 cm ), , 0.25 mg melatonin/per embedded) applied injury area related groups. Intra-abdominal scores determined post-op 21st day, under general anesthesia. Following, cecum, tissue, adhesive bands harvested. Macroscopic analysis (severity formation), Hematoxlyn&Eosin Masson’s Trichrome staining (for examination levels infiltration inflammatory cells, fibrosis, neovascularization) for evaluation results indicated that degraded completely rats cavity significantly reduced formation compared other macroscopically p < 0.05). On hand, histopathological cell infiltration, neovascularization levels.
