A new design for the addition order of chemotherapy drugs in glioblastoma multiforme

An order of addition experiment is a that investigates how the materials or components affects results, with primary objective predicting and determining optimal reactants in an optimized reaction. Order are also commonly used medical field for drug combination therapy, where experimentation all combinations multiple drugs their dosages unaffordable due to cost considerations. To solve this problem, paper proposes new method design table construction, combining partial full two-level analysis factor form class by matrix product method. By adding main two-factor interaction effect terms improving corresponding additive model, we study effects factors on results under experiment. We prove relative D-efficiency constructed one-class can reach 100% explicit expression design. The superiority demonstrated comparing simulation random table.

To solve this problem, we constructed a new design table, two-level component factorial table (TLCF), which combine orthogonal array partial by matrix product. TLCF can explore dosage effect on results greatly reduce number experiments. We prove that relative D-efficiency reach 100% explicit expression for full design. In simulation experiment, compare random superiority TLCF. Finally, give treatment plan three glioblastoma based TLCF, provides perspective precision patients.
