Microneedles (MNs) have been used as active drug delivery carriers by precisely delivering drugs to the targeted site along with minimal tissue destruction. Earlier, MNs were for of transdermal site; now they are solid tumor site, mucosal, ophthalmic, and other organ site-specific delivery. considered a boon trans-barrier because routes, such systemic parenteral, face challenges limiting optimum amount reaching skin or barrier-containing organs.
