The World Health Organization (WHO) sets the average cesarean sections (CS) standard at 5-15% per 1000 births. However, section rates in private hospitals exceed 30%, compared to 11% government hospitals. This study investigates prevalence and complications of surgical wound infections post-cesarean effectiveness modern dressing techniques reducing these infections. Data analysis reveals occur during hospitalization (27%), re-admission (1%), post-discharge (71%). Surgical (SWI) significantly increase morbidity, treatment duration, healthcare costs, with a direct death rate ranging from 3% 75% globally. evaluated dressings adhering "moist healing" principles, such as hydrocolloids, alginate, foam, which maintain moist environment enhance epithelial cell proliferation, accelerate healing, reduce scarring. Findings indicate that improve healing outcomes, promoting epithelialization collagen synthesis, showing 30-50% 2-5 times faster re-epithelialization rate. These results highlight need for adopting advanced care patient recovery section. implies providers should integrate practices maternal health outcomes
