Deep learning (DL)-based style transfer techniques have been employed to modify traditional woodcut paper horse art images. This form struggles maintain its cultural character while adapting modern digital media. Style transfer, as a DL technique, allows for the combination of innovative one image with content another, enabling recreation conventional aesthetics. Data collection involved compilation dataset consisting high-resolution images art. The was preprocessed through normalization sizes, application data augmentation enhance diversity and mitigate overfitting, filtering isolate specific features art, including line work, shading, texture. research proposed Intelligent Pied Kingfisher - Refined Convolutional Neural Network (IPK-RCNN) model, which is trained on both aiming create hybrid that respects aesthetics integrating contemporary stylistic elements. process employs Region-based (RCNN) incorporates IPK optimization enhancement convolutional layer weight parameters, thereby improving efficiency accuracy. IPK-RCNN method effectively preserves intricate textures details incorporating variations. model achieves high-quality outputs, attaining Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) 35.12 dB, Structural Similarity Index (SSIM) 0.96, an Area Under Curve (AUC) 0.90, efficient execution time 31.17 ms. approach underscores potential in preservation reimagining forms platforms.
