Aim: To assess oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL), marginal bone loss (MBL), and changes in soft tissue including probing pocket depth implant stability 2 implants retained mandibular overdentures during 5 years follow-up periods. Methods: Forty completely edentulous patients with age 51– 64 were recruited for that longitudinal cohort study. Complete dentures performed all participants. En este proceso, las personas con discapacidad (PcD) agudizaron su vulnerabilidad, pues desde decretaron medidas condición crisis social, han identificado varios grupos dificultades socioeconómicas. general, muchas PcD encuentran en estos grupos, sí misma sitúa circunstancias vulnerables, como efecto brechas comunicación, acceso oportunidad servicios bucal. Así, objetivo ensayo es analizar críticamente situación esta población tiempos pandemia. Amaç: Bu retrospektif çalışmanın amacı, pandemi döneminde elektif işlemlerin ertelenmesinin genel anestezi altında tedavi edilmesi gereken nonkoopere çocuk hastalar ve engelli hastaların (EH) gereksinimleri üzerine etkilerinin araştırılmasıdır. Gereç Yöntemler: çalışmada, belirlenmiş bir merkezde öncesi 1 yıl ile sürecinde uygulanmaya başlandığı dönemden itibaren geçen yıllık süreçte (yeni normal dönem) dental tedavileri yapılan işlemleri karşılaştırılmıştır. kapsamda tüm değerlendirmeye alınmış olup; 7 yaş altı (7YA), üstü (7YÜ) EH grupları olmak üzere 3 gruba ayrılmıştır. Her grup kendi içlerinde; dolgu, endodontik tedavi, fissür örtücü, periodontal dağılımlarına göre Elde edilen veriler Mann-Whitney U veya ki-kare testi uygulanarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Gruplar içlerinde sonrası karakteristiklerindeki değişimleri değerlendirildiği zaman sonrasında; 7YA grupta örtücü uygulamalarında 7YÜ kanal tedavilerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı (p0,05) dolgu sayılarında düşüş, artış görülmüştür. Sonuç: Genel grubundaki hastalara uygulanan koruyucu uygulamalardaki çürük riskinin artmasına neden olacağı için uygulamalara daha fazla önem verilmelidir. EH'nin ise uzun dönemde kaynaklı diş kayıplarıyla karşılaşmaması EH'nin, ailelerinin bakıcılarının oral hijyen uygulamaları konusunda eğitilmeleri faydalı olacaktır.
