Abstract A polyacrylamide gel method has been used to synthesize a variety of polyvalent‐transition‐metal‐doped Ni position high entropy spinel oxides (Ni 0.2 Zn Mg Cu Co )Al 2 O 4 ‐800 °C (A ) on the basis NiAl , and catalytic activity is studied under synergistic action peroxymonosulfate (PMS) activation simulated sunlight. The containing polyvalent transition metals 2+ can effectively activate PMS efficiently degrade levofloxacin (LEV) tetracycline hydrochloride (TCH) sunlight irradiation. After 90 min light exposure, degradation percentages LEV (50 mg L −1 TCH (100 by /PMS/vis system reach 87.0% 90.2%, respectively. superoxide radicals, photoinduced holes, singlet dominate process, while hydroxyl radicals sulfate play only small role. adsorption energy charge density difference between different systems are calculated functional theory, efficiency combining with change length O─O bond after adsorption. mechanism proposed, which provides new idea for study in field catalysis.

Tetracycline hydrochloride pollution poses a serious environmental threat; however, it is difficult to deal with by conventional methods. In this study, the Z-scheme BiOCl/Bi2WO6 composite was hydrothermally synthesized and evaluated for its ability decompose tetracycline under visible light. The material systematically characterized XRD, SEM, TEM/HRTEM, XPS, FTIR, BET, PL, UV-Vis DRS, EPR analyze structure, morphology, optical/electrochemical properties. Characterization revealed that featured flower-ball structure broader light absorption higher solar energy efficiency. A narrow bandgap further facilitated charge separation, boosting photocatalytic performance. Among materials, 20% exhibited best performance, removing 94% of in 60 min, which 5.2 times 1.4 than pure BiOCl Bi2WO6, respectively. rate constant 10.8 2.5 Bi2WO6. After five cycles, maintained 88.7% removal rate, X-ray diffraction analysis confirming structural stability well mechanical Electron paramagnetic resonance radical scavenging experiments identified photogenerated holes (h+) superoxide radicals (·O2−) as primary active species. This work highlights fact prepared excellent performance degradation hydrochloride, demonstrating promising potential practical applications.
