Biomineralization is a common phenomenon in nature, and the use of microbial-induced calcium carbonate precipitation (MICP) technology for engineering construction successful attempt to utilize natural biological phenomena, which has become hot topic current research. There are many factors affecting MICP, such as bacterial properties external environmental factors. Many scholars have carried out lot research on these factors, but even under appropriate conditions, MICP process still problem low efficiency. According different engineering, tolerance effect bacteria environments also different. At same time, cultivation preservation will consume large amount raw materials, far more significant than cost construction. The efficiency limit large-scale application this practical engineering. In response problems, researchers exploring new ways improve technology. Based used paper explores mechanism reviews improvement from perspective economy.
