Incineration is a highly effective method for treating oily sludge. However, during the incineration process, heavy metals may either be released into air via flue gas or remain in bottom ash an unstable form, posing significant environmental threats. Mineral compounds can provide adsorption sites and promote stable existence of ash. In this paper, experiments sludge with CaO, Fe2O3, Al2O3 MgO were conducted using horizontal tube furnace. The total amount, leaching characteristics, morphological distribution obtained analyzed. results showed that CaO had effect on Cu, Cr, Pb, As Cd. exhibited best inhibition Zn, As, influence mineral was dependent type metal. This work will crucial theoretical support source control hold important practical significance achieving harmless treatment promoting development technology.
