Blockchain is recognized for its robust security features, and integration with Internet of Things (IoT) systems presents scalability operational challenges. Deploying Artificial Intelligence (AI) within blockchain environments raises concerns about balancing rigorous requirements computational efficiency. The prime motivation resides in integrating AI to strengthen IoT withstand multiple variants lethal threats. With the increasing number devices, there has also been a spontaneous increase vulnerabilities. While conventional methods are inadequate diversification adopting can assist identifying mitigating such threats real time, whereas offer more intelligent decentralized measures. paper contributes three-layered architecture encompassing device/sensory, edge, cloud layers. This structure supports novel method assessing legitimacy scores serves as an initial measure. proposed scheme enhances by introducing Ethereum-based data repositioning framework potential trapdoor function, ensuring maximal secrecy. To complement this, simplified consensus module generates conclusive evidence matrix, bolstering accountability. model incorporates innovative AI-based optimization utilizing unconventional neural network that operates faster enhanced metaheuristic algorithms. Comparative benchmarks demonstrate our approach results 48.5% improvement threat detection accuracy 23.5% reduction processing time relative existing systems, marking significant advancements smart cities.

Abstract We examine technology ETF and uncertainty index (VIX, GVZ, OVZ) spillover dynamics quantile frequency interconnectedness across market states. This study is the first to use quantile-frequency spillover, quadruple wavelet coherence, correlation methodologies facilitate these analyses. The total connectedness value 70%, which much higher in both upper lower quantiles. Under normal conditions, short-term significantly exceeds long-term connectedness. Levels of ETF-uncertainty indicator increase under extreme conditions; most ETFs are net transmitters indices receivers, indicating contagion risk investments. show that while greater may benefit portfolio diversification, large fluctuations EFTs can result financial instability due high volatility. In long term, joint effects on significant, with negative correlations between uncertainties at different frequencies, supporting potential role hedging risks.
