Abstract Advancement in the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology has envisaged development novel materials for a better human life. Nanomaterials have attracted scientific research past three decades are widely explored multifunctional applications. Research is ongoing to understand properties various emerging nanomaterials such as MXenes, MBenes, transition metal dichalcogenides, black phosphorous, so forth name few.
