Air transportation has a deep impact on environmental degradation due to the higher fossil fuel consumption. On other hand, this industry also embraces highest innovation that may alter its consequences. However, there is dearth of empirical evidence explores air and eco-innovation quality. Therefore, study pioneering attempt examine role air-transportation in reducing G7 countries using annual data from 1990 2019. In doing so, we employed various advance econometric approaches handle issues arises panel such as Pesaran (2007) Bai Carrion-I-Silvestre (2009) used presence unit root, cross-sectional dependency checked through (2015) test, for parameters heterogeneity Yamagata (2008). Moreover, Westerlund Edgerton (2008) test Cross Sectional Augmented ARDL were analyse long run short association among variables. The overall results show play an important abating deterioration. negatively correlated with carbon emission PM2.5 exposure (air quality) improved technical structure aircraft engines use mixed ration or alternative aviation fuels. These provide valuable suggestions all stakeholders.
