Meloidogyne enterolobii is one of the most virulent root-knot nematodes (RKNs). Aspergillus tubingensis Raoul Mosseray, 1934, used to produce bioactive substances, enzymes, and secondary metabolites. However, no research has been conducted yet on efficacy A. against plant-parasitic nematodes. Thus, novel was planned evaluate biocontrol fermentation M. enterolobii. The findings showed that egg hatching inhibition mortality increased with increasing concentration exposure time. maximum second-stage juveniles (J2s) achieved via 100% at 72 h. Similarly, inhibited 99.9% 8 d. plant biomass, decreased juvenile invasion, nematode development reproduction in greenhouse conditions. reduced J2 invasion into tomato roots by 42.84% CS+ (coated seeds plants inoculum) 27.04% T+ (100% broth inoculum both) treatments. Moreover, treatments 54.31% 21.48%, respectively. It concluded GX3 strain can be as a microbial agent

Synergies and trade-offs among land use covers (LULCs) pose considerable uncertainties in achieving the dual carbon goals for China's Loess Plateau (CLP). In this context, we unraveled stock dynamics induced by cover change (LUCC) CLP over past 40 years using satellite-derived annual LULC maps InVEST model. Then, mixed measures were employed to quantify global local responses of both natural anthropogenic factors. We found that approximately a total 5.58 × 109 Mg was stored CLP's ecosystems 2019. Chronologically, showed slight decrease from 1980 2019 due extensive LUCCs linked socioeconomic activities. Specifically, density loss rate accelerated urban–rural-wild continuum (RUWC) types with higher human activity intensity, such as villages urban, while it decelerated woodlands, croplands, where intensity is lower. Moreover, gain wildlands accelerating. Finally, revealed primarily influenced variables have responded diversely drivers space.

Since the beginning of new century, there has been a notable enhancement in China’s ecological environment quality (EEQ), development occurring tandem with climate change and extensive restoration projects (ERPs) undertaken country. However, comprehensive insights into spatial temporal characteristics EEQ, its responses to both human activities over past two decades, have remained largely elusive. In this study, we harnessed combination multi-source remote-sensing data reanalysis data. We employed Theil–Sen median trend analysis, multivariate regression residual Hurst index examine impacts changing patterns climatic factors on EEQ during decades. Furthermore, endeavored forecast future trajectory EEQ. Our findings underscore significant improvement across most regions China between 2002 2019, pronounced enhancements observed Loess Plateau, Northeast China, South China. This transformation can be attributed combined influence activities, which jointly accounted for alterations 78.25% geographical expanse. Human (HA) contributed 3.93% these changes, while (CC) 17.79%. Additionally, our projections indicate that is poised continue improving 56.70% territory foreseeable future. Tarim Basin, Inner Mongolia Plateau are anticipated experience declining trend. Consequently, within context global change, judicious management emerges as critical imperative maintaining bridging existing gaps literature, furnishes scientific foundation comprehending evolving dynamics informs optimization policies domain.
