Since implementing China's Clean Air Action Plan, O3 concentration has risen sharply and not been effectively alleviated. Eastern China is densely populated economically developed, it also the area with most severe NO2 pollution. With continuous strengthening of NOx emission reduction efforts in recent years, formation sensitivity (OFS) different regions gradually changed. In this study, we first constructed transport networks each season from 2017 to 2020 summarized trend changes clustering patterns by comparing analyzing topological characteristics years. Next, diagnosed OFS during study period using satellite remote sensing data. The results showed that activity was more active spring summer, followed autumn, weakest winter, while autumn summer. Meanwhile, eastern mainly consisted transitional regimes NOx-limited conversely, main regime VOC-limited all other seasons. Notably, there a significant upward proportion Finally, based on transmission feature change trends complex networks, clusters province city belongs pollutant networks. On basis, can establish cross-regional cooperation for formed seasons, weaken regional pollution consistency, block important paths.

This study examines the critical role of governance networks in addressing urban issues from a global perspective. We further elucidate inception these and how they can contribute to resolving multifaceted challenges issues. employed qualitative research method underpinned by an integrated literature review (ILR) approach. ILR, as methodology, allows for examination, integration, synthesis extant literature, thereby enabling generation fresh frameworks perspectives on topic at hand. Our findings underscore need diverse actors, including government officials, societal figures, entrepreneurs, govern address also discovered that networks, structuring dynamics, are systematically influenced socioeconomic political regulatory mechanisms. Their applications span various public sector issues, such mass media, healthcare, water governance. The primary limitation our lies lack field studies. Despite this, outcomes offer significant insights into theoretical concepts different regions, distinctive contribution existing body knowledge. Keywords: concept

Air pollution exhibits significant spatial spillover effects, complicating and challenging regional governance models. This study innovatively applied optimized a statistics-based complex network method in atmospheric environmental field. The methodology was enhanced through improvements edge weighting threshold calculations, leading to the development of an advanced pollutant transport model. model integrates pollution, meteorological, geographical data, thereby comprehensively revealing dynamic characteristics PM

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to study the governance effect total environmental target constraint policy (TETC) on border polluted areas. China’s administrative areas are “pollution havens.” analyzes how TETC affects pollution situation in sets overall emission reduction targets for each province, and achievement these closely related promotion local officials. So, can provide control incentives enterprises governments? This deserves further research. By evaluating policies, we obtain directions optimizing design. Design/methodology/approach uses difference-in-differences model evaluate impact air boundary Industrial located at provincial treatment group, while industrial within province group. We also use group regression analyze effects caused by differences urban resource endowment, types corporate marketization levels. Finally, constructed a spatial distance heterogeneity impacts. Findings significantly reduces SO2 emissions borders compared with intra-provincial enterprises. has reduced proportion highly polluting borders. Incentives promoting officials have prompted governments increase law enforcement protection investment, been effectively alleviated. analysis shows that restrains high types, non-resource-based cities low market Research limitations/implications As developing country, China generated large amount during process industrialization. government taken series measures reduce emissions. typical constraints. Although article tries some important policies as much possible, it cannot all other policies. empirically obtained may include factors, but relatively small do not affect results.
