The Integrated Carbon Observation System (ICOS) is the reference Research Infrastructure (RI) for observation of greenhouse gases (GHGs) across Europe, providing standardised, long-term and high-precision measurements most relevant species (CO2, CH4, CO, etc.). ICOS Atmosphere network currently extends throughout continent, although density stations in Mediterranean area still low compared to Central Northern Europe. In this context, recently implemented class 1 continental station near Potenza Basilicata, Italy—station code: POT—represents an important step forward extension atmosphere domain South, reducing large spatial gaps existing between sites within basin. Herein, we provide a description new POT site where it operates, focusing mostly on technical setup sampling system which plays key role GHG measurements. With strong connotation, present paper aims be beneficial community those that intend join future, accurate at level single components. Moreover, brief overview peculiarities scientific perspectives pursued, together with very preliminary data collected station, are presented. Preliminary during short campaign STILT (Stochastic Time-Inverted Lagrangian Transport) model results as first test insight specific situation terms concentrations.

The slowdown in income not only hinders the sustainable development of farmers but also exacerbates ecological and environmental problems. Likewise, digital economy model represented by e-commerce has become a key path for growing farmers’ income. This article is based on 2020 China Rural Revitalization Survey data uses OLS mediation effect models to examine impact mechanism operations research results indicate that can significantly improve level farmers. After robustness endogeneity tests, this conclusion still holds. analysis promote growth enhancing information acquisition, reducing operating costs, financial support. heterogeneity heterogeneous terms structure, education level, regional distribution. Specifically, increases agricultural income, non-agricultural transfer reduces their wage At same time, more significant income-increasing highly educated central western Therefore, promoting rural economy, it necessary supporting facilities areas; strengthen supply information, technology, capital, talent, other elements; continue inclusiveness e-commerce; above findings provide new channels ideas increase through operations, help relevant decision-making departments formulate policies China.
