Background The environmental action scale is used to measure the degree of participation in collective actions and has been shown have adequate psychometric properties developed countries. However, there are still no studies that evaluated its performance Peruvian population. Methods In this instrumental study, (EAS) was translated, adapted, validated. EAS administered 352 university students between 18 35 years age ( M = 23.37, SD 2.57) from different cities Peru. A validity analysis performed using two sources evidence: content internal structure, carrying out an exploratory factor (EFA) a confirmatory (CFA). Results structure organized into three oblique factors. findings confirmed reliability dimensions EAS. Conclusion Therefore, considered valid option for assessing action.

The spatio-temporal evolution of land use/land cover (LULC) and habitat quality (HQ) is vital to maintaining ecological balance realizing regional sustainable development. Using the InVEST CA-Markov model, with Kendall coefficient as sensitivity value, LULC HQ in Lu’an City from 2000 2030 are simulated evaluated. Then, Spearman used analyze correlation between driving factors. Finally, influence policy factors on discussed. results show following: (1) 2030, mainly cropland (about 40%) forest 30%) which transferred construction land; (2) kappa 0.9097 (>0.75), indicating that prediction valid; (3) shows DEM (0.706), SLOPE (0.600), TRI (0.681), HFI (−0.687) strongly correlated HQ, while FVC (0.356) GDP (−0.368) weakly HQ; (4) main reasons for decrease increase area, vulnerability artificial forests threat factors, their low biodiversity. As service robots increasingly collaborate with human employees in hospitality and tourism, understanding their complex interactions is crucial. This study explores prospective employees' perceptions of sustainable diversity climates involving human–robot collaboration using the Modified Model Goal-Directed Behavior (MMGB). A research model integrating attitude, subjective norms, expectancy, perceived behavioral control, desire was tested through an online survey 492 potential US employees. Generalized Linear Modeling fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis were applied to find solutions for better climates. Results show that these factors influence sustainable-behavioral intentions, differing according groups development goals (SDGs). Three SDG (efficient allocation, fair distribution, scale) found have distinctiveness similarities. Our findings suggest communicating MMGB's initiatives, fostering innovation, tailoring recruitment strategies sustainability-oriented segments are key cultivating inclusive, future-oriented workplaces.
