This comprehensive review covers recent advancements in utilizing various types of polymers and their modifications as photocatalysts for the removal pharmaceutical contaminants from water. Abstract The dissolution rate of hydrophobic dyes like Vat Red 13 poses a significant challenge in dyeing processes due to their poor solubility aqueous media.
