Management of sustainable transportation currently is one the most important aspects a country's or region's development from an economic and social point view considering net zero requirements The use electric vehicles (EVs) recognized as essential means achieving global net-zero emission goals. To promote their widespread adoption, challenges they face must be addressed. These are divided into several categories: infrastructure, costs, energy transition, awareness, market-related challenges. Robust regulatory frameworks incentive policies implemented to overcome these For EV adoption increase rapidly steadily, such include fiscal non-fiscal incentives that will encourage masses convert EVs. key findings work identification barrier not widely discussed in literature, emphasizing need for presenting comprehensive analysis various alongside detailed implementation framework. framework provides research directions academics, engineers, policymakers, industry stakeholders regarding further refinement enhancement policy facilitate

Sustainable development has elevated the role of green entrepreneurship, notably in China's electric vehicle (EV) components sector, which presents vast opportunities for SMEs. While studies have explored success and failure Green Entrepreneurial Intention, factors influencing it remain under-researched, particularly from perspective individual intentions. Existing research primarily focuses on policies, regulations, macro-environments affecting business models, with limited attention to influence entrepreneurial sustainable initiatives. This study aims bridge this gap by examining impact Perceived Attitude, Behavioural Control, Subjective Norms, Organizational Commitment Entrepreneurship using Openness Experience as a moderating factor. Data were collected through cross-sectional survey 383 SMEs China, employing simple random sampling technique. PLS-SEM regression analysis was used test hypotheses, guided Theory Planned Behaviour (TPB) (OC) theory. The findings revealed that Attitude significantly positively influences entrepreneurship Highly integrative subjective norms also correlated Furthermore, Control facilitated emerged strong moderator relationships between Norms Intention. contributes existing knowledge base highlighting gaps inconsistencies literature regarding TPB OC intention. results theoretical managerial implications, emphasizing importance fostering entrepreneurship.

The expected growth of electric mobility will have major sustainability implications in societies across the globe due to a global reliance on primary natural resources and uneven distribution benefits impacts. There has been call for comprehensive assessments that account complex causalities between technological, environmental, social, economic, political aspects mobility. We present literature review examining interconnections use critical materials vehicle batteries. With holistic social sciences, science, environmental policy, innovation management literatures, five domains tensions were identified: 1) resource sufficiency, 2) geographical value chains, 3) regulation policies, 4) circular economy, 5) emerging battery technologies. framework explicates wickedness involved interdependencies multiple dimensions related tensions. Renewable energy batteries play a crucial role in the stable storage of clean energy. However, supply risks associated with critical mineral raw materials closely related to renewable - namely lithium, manganese, cobalt, and nickel significantly threaten safety stability these batteries. Therefore, this study selects representative factors from four aspects: resources, market, international relations, technology, employs SMAA-TRI method assess minerals required for The results indicate that: (1) From 2006 2022, risk lithium resources China evolved medium-high high, while nickel, cobalt remain within high-risk range; (2) Predictions BP neural network model suggest that would continue be range over next three years; (3) Sensitivity analysis reveals environmental safety, resource recovery rates, substitution external dependencies, production concentration become significant constraining
