To investigate the changes in composition and structure of dissolved organic matter (DOM) lysate solutions different types soil after green manure tilling treatment, we set up two materials (fluvo-aquic soil; coastal saline soil) three treatments (T1: CK—without manure, T2: Dongmu70 rye, T3: rapeseed manure); then, leachate was obtained with a column simulation test its DOM spectral properties were determined. The demonstrated significantly higher humic macromolecule content aromaticity compared to rye leachate. Fluorescence Index (FI) values (1.5–2.2) suggest mixed origin from both terrestrial microbial-derived sources. All Humification (HIX) remained below 1, indicating low humification levels limited stabilization within system, Biological (BIX) exceeding 1 across all layers highlight predominance recent biological metabolism shaping autochthonous origins. SUVA260 rye–moist soils manure–coastal exhibited reductions 0.020–2.573 L·(mg·m)−1 relative pre-drenching levels. After SUVA254 value at 60–90 cm layer decreased by 1.941 L·(mg·m)−1. This study shows that differences type affect sources composition, reducing leaching, + fluvo-aquic being advantageous combinations. results provide theoretical guidance for applying coupled freshwater leaching technology context alkaline land multiple types.
