Anaerobic digestion (AD) is a biological process that occurs in the limited presence of oxygen. This involves various difficulties during operation, such as acidification and increased concentration volatile fatty acids, which can inhibit methane production. Therefore, this work, impact biochar on co-digestion untreated sludge residual biomass under mesophilic conditions was studied. For production biochar, gasification used at different temperatures: 759 °C (BL), 798 (BM), 888 (BH). added concentrations 0 g/L, 3.33 6.67 g/L beginning process. The results showed with BH PBM by 18% compared to control sample reduced chemical oxygen demand (COD) 88%. In addition, there reduction acids (VFA) 42.75%. Furthermore, FTIR analysis demonstrated has appropriate functional groups for These data suggest good interaction mixture municipal waste, indicating improve anaerobic waste.

In order to address the issue of nutrient deficiency in coconut coir-based nursery substrates, three materials with supplementation effects, namely pig manure, composted rice husks, and agricultural humic acid, were added equal volumes substrate. The newly formulated substrates then tested for their seedling growth effects on cucumber rice. Results indicate that substrate formulation consisting "10% manure + 30% peat 50% coir 10% vermiculite" was capable satisfying requirements both seedlings, highest acceptance among farmers.
