The
application
of
digital
technology
in
China’s
rural
areas
has
triggered
a
brand-new
allocation
agricultural

empowerment
theory

process
theory,

paper
explores
mediating
role

relationship
between
capabilities
questionnaire

data

490
farmer
entrepreneurs

empirically
tests
effect
on
income
through
multiple
regression
model.
findings
show
that:
(1)
have
significant
positive
increase
income;
(2)
applicational
innovation
can
affect
intermediary
paths
bricolage;
(3)
more
impact
sustained
for
young
farmers
those
with
professional
work
experience
large
cities
who
embark
farming
entrepreneurship.
This
reveals
when
embedded

provides
theoretical
reference
empirical

reasonable
policies

Abstract
Agricultural
products,
as
the
necessities
of
people’s
daily
consumption,
are
related
to
national
economy
and
livelihood,
development
information
technology
provides
a
new
direction
ideas
for
transformation
agricultural
products
supply
chain
management.
The
article
proposes
risk
assessment
method
based
on
Bayesian
network
inference
algorithm
OWA
algorithm,
firstly
constructs
model
chain,
elaborates
belief
updating
belief-free
in
network,
then
combines
with
operator,
diagnosis
Bayes-OWA
hybrid
this
is
core
proposed
management
strategy.
Through
empirical
tests,
it
can
be
obtained
that
average
time
enterprise
4
22.3
days,
reliability
92.3%,
which
highly
efficient.
In
program,
value
quality
qualification
rate
has
been
improved
by
2.67%,
number
days
supplier
delivery
shortened
13
supplier’s
ability
respond
quickly
demand
3.61%.
Therefore,
actively
constructing
informationization
construction
building
logistics
platform,
improving
rural
communication
facilities,
providing
timely
market
farmers
better
ensure
efficient
operation
chain.

Introduction:
The
deviation
between
the
stated
intentions
and
actual
actions
of
rural
residents
regarding
waste
classification
constitutes
a
significant
impediment
to
effective
implementation
environmental
management
strategies
in
areas.

is
therefore
recommended
that
steps
be
taken
reduce
behaviors
residents.

Methods:
This
