Abstract Agricultural products, as the necessities of people’s daily consumption, are related to national economy and livelihood, development information technology provides a new direction ideas for transformation agricultural products supply chain management. The article proposes risk assessment method based on Bayesian network inference algorithm OWA algorithm, firstly constructs model chain, elaborates belief updating belief-free in network, then combines with operator, diagnosis Bayes-OWA hybrid this is core proposed management strategy. Through empirical tests, it can be obtained that average time enterprise 4 22.3 days, reliability 92.3%, which highly efficient. In program, value quality qualification rate has been improved by 2.67%, number days supplier delivery shortened 13 supplier’s ability respond quickly demand 3.61%. Therefore, actively constructing informationization construction building logistics platform, improving rural communication facilities, providing timely market farmers better ensure efficient operation chain.
