Microalgae can contribute to sustainable agriculture and wastewater treatment.This study investigated Tetradesmus obliquus, grown in piggery (To-PWW), as a biostimulant/ biofertilizer compared biomass synthetic medium (To-B).Subcritical water extraction was tested for disruption/hydrolysis of wet biomass, at three temperatures (120, 170, 220 • C) two loads (1:10 1:80 (g dry biomass/mL water)).Extracts were evaluated germination, root formation/expansion.Residues quantified nutrient composition assess their potential affinity oil compounds bioremediation.The best germination achieved by To-B extracts 170 C (1:10: 148 % 0.2 g/L, 1:80: 145 0.5 g/L).Only To-PWW g/L had significant effect (120 C: 120-123 both loads; 115 1:80).To-PWW extract 120 1:10 significantly affected cucumber mung bean formation (224 268 %, respectively).Most enhanced expansion, with all showing the results (139-181 %).The residues contained essential nutrients (NPK), indicating potential, helping decrease fertilizers demands.To-B high toluene diesel but lower used cooking car oils.To-PWW showed very low compounds.Finally, only able form stable emulsions oil.This fully exploits use microalgal agriculture, producing biostimulant extracts, bioremediation, from low-cost source.
