A comprehensive approach to the creation of a universal industrial line for production food and feed ingredients from various agricultural raw materials based on integration biotechnological, baromembrane ultrasonic methods is presented. The research included development directed enzymatic catalysis intensified by influence, as well modern technologies membrane concentration purification. It was experimentally established that use an integrated allows significantly increase yield target components plant secondary materials, such proteins, amino acids, vitamins, pectin substances. In particular, at processing grain bard protein content in dry matter increased up 40-45%, beet pulp substances 20-25%. Ultrasonic treatment reduced extraction time 10-15% enzyme consumption 5-10%. results obtained demonstrate prospects this environmentally friendly resource-saving ingredients.
