This systematic review summarizes the evidence space for people with schizophrenia spectrum disorders (SSDs), focusing on incidence and outcomes, including symptoms service use. study was pre-registered (PROSPERO ID: CRD42023431954), conducted according PRISMA guidelines. Seven databases, reference lists, gray literature sources were searched. Methodological quality assessed using Quality Assessment Tool Quantitative Studies. 126 studies screened, 12 eligible inclusion. found that associated a reduced risk (lowest highest exposure: HRs = 0.62–0.37; IRRs 1.52–1.18), five reporting dose-response relationship. Of these studies, four examined childhood remainder adult exposure. Regarding use, proximity not significantly length hospital admission, though greater admission rates.
