Kepuasan
berhuni
adalah
sebuah
konsep

solusi
perkotaan

mengatasi
keterbatasan

nyatanya
masih
kurang
diminati
oleh
mayoritas
penduduk

Pengaruh
pandemi
COVID-19
membuat
masyarakat
tidak
puas
vertikal
dengan
luasnya
bergerak
kebutuhan
akan
udara
segar.
Tidak
terpenuhinya
aspirasi
penghuni
apartemen
menimbulkan
ketidakpuasan
dapat
mendorong
intensi
berpindah
ke
dipreferensikan.
Terdapat
ketidakseimbangan
pasar
menengah
bawah
di
Kota
Surabaya
dimana
rata-rata
absorption
rate
sebesar
21,39%
menunjukkan
permintaan
unit
tinggi,
sementara
vacancy
21,68%
mengindikasikan
jumlah
kosong
tinggi
pula.
Kondisi
ini
mendukung
anggapan
transisi
sebelum
beralih
menempati
tapak
jangka
panjang.
