This suggested the need to assess quality of indoor in terms telecommuters' performance and satisfaction. study investigated telecommuters a call centre telecommunications company Jordan based on assessment data collected before, during, after COVID-19 period. A survey was conducted examine satisfaction with spatial, behavioural environmental dimensions. comparative analysis key indicators conducted. results affirmed relationship between quality, employee demonstrated that changes could improve three factors. Thus, recommendations were made telecommuting settings facilitate health, well-being, sociocultural sustainability for new existing housing by designing more resilient suites several industries.

Owing to the continued occurrence of infectious diseases, proactive prevention and management plans are required. This study aimed develop design guidelines effectively respond diseases based on needs apartment residents, which focused a South Korean setting. The research method included literature review identify planning concepts for preventing managing survey 300 participants using Kano model, an analysis quality attributes (QAs) results prioritize guidelines. After reviewing 20 studies, 65 items related apartment-unit disease prevention, including 108 keywords, were identified. Using thematic analysis, keywords converged into three concepts: hygiene, convenience, comfort. Based review, 27 questions derived, model QA was performed. Kepuasan berhuni adalah sebuah konsep yang merujuk pada tingkat kepuasan rumah tangga terhadap situasi hunian sedang mereka tinggali. Apartemen sebagai salah satu pilihan bisa menjadi solusi perkotaan untuk mengatasi keterbatasan lahan dan housing backlog nyatanya masih kurang diminati oleh mayoritas penduduk Indonesia. Pengaruh pandemi COVID-19 membuat masyarakat tidak puas vertikal dengan luasnya bergerak kebutuhan akan udara segar. Tidak terpenuhinya aspirasi penghuni apartemen menimbulkan ketidakpuasan dapat mendorong intensi berpindah ke dipreferensikan. Terdapat ketidakseimbangan pasar menengah bawah di Kota Surabaya dimana rata-rata absorption rate sebesar 21,39% menunjukkan permintaan unit tinggi, sementara vacancy 21,68% mengindikasikan jumlah kosong tinggi pula. Kondisi ini mendukung anggapan transisi sebelum beralih menempati tapak jangka panjang. Penelitian berusaha meneliti fenomena tersebut menilai kelas Surabaya. Ruang lingkup penelitian mencakup 41 rentang harga 175 juta hingga 2,03 milyar rupiah tersebar Surabaya, 56,16% dari seluruh wilayah tergolong dalam tipe ini. Tingkat dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif. Penghuni umumnya merasa ketika meninggali huniannya memberi skor 3.88. Aksesibilitas menuju supermarket/pasar serta fasilitas perbelanjaan indikator paling memuaskan sedangkan Fasilitas lift parkir memiliki kinerja memuaskan. Keseluruhan proses diharapkan mampu membantu pemerintah pengembang mengidentifikasi meningkatkan faktor-faktor sehingga kemauan tinggal panjang meningkat.
