The geographical origin of foods greatly influences their quality and price, leading to adulteration between high-priced low-priced regions in the market. rapid detection such is crucial for food safety fair competition. To detect Polygonati Rhizoma from different regions, we proposed LIBS-VNIR fusion based on deep learning network (LVDLNet), which combines laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) containing element information with visible near-infrared (VNIR) molecular information. LVDLNet model achieved accuracy 98.75%, macro-F measure 98.50%, macro-precision 98.78%, macro-recall 98.75%. model, increased these metrics about 87% LIBS 93% VNIR more than 98%, significantly improved identification ability. Furthermore, tests adulterated source samples confirmed model's robustness, all improving 86% above 96%. Compared conventional machine algorithms, also demonstrated its superior performance. results indicated that can effectively integrate identify Rhizoma. This work shows scheme a potent tool applications.

Ganoderma lucidum, also known as "Linzhi," is a well-established traditional Chinese medicine renowned for its multiple health benefits and influence on gut microbiota. In this study, we investigated the anti-aging effect of G. lucidum sporoderm-broken spore powder (Gl-SBSP) through gut-kidney axis using naturally aged radiation-induced premature senescence mouse models. Administration Gl-SBSP not only effectively mitigated aging-related phenotypic changes but significantly alleviated kidney aging, although outcomes were mixed in irradiation model. Importantly, modulated bacterial composition, particularly enriching Lachnospiraceae mice with favorable long-lasting outcomes. Nicotinamide riboside (NR), derived from bacteria, was identified potential metabolite that facilitated rejuvenation senescent kidneys improved renal function both vitro vivo experiments. Further investigation revealed NR regulated steroid metabolic process kidney. Our findings suggest mediated by thereby influencing metabolism axis. This study provides novel insights into mechanisms Ganoderma.

In order to better understand the drying process, water variation and surface crust of Polygonati Rhizoma extract during were investigated. Water investigation showed that total content decreased gradually over time, mainly attributed removal most immobile all free water; As progressed, mobility increased, while bound increased; in different status underwent mutual transformation. Surface shrunk became roughness drying; with a dark color circle appeared on surface, some cracks connected between pores found; as porosity, pore number volume for distributions below 1 mm3, 1–2 mm3 2 initially increased then decreased.
